New for 2023 in the Rolex Day-Date 40 line is a model with an Ice Blue dial, the exclusive hallmark of platinum watches with highly legible Chromalight display with long-lasting blue luminescence. Its classic polished index hour markers and hands made of 18k White Gold with lumins fill look amazing on such a dial, emphasizing the sophistication of the model. The date indicator is traditionally placed at the 3 o’clock position. At the 12 o’clock, position is a semi-circular window showing the day of the week in full, providing an instantly recognizable, unique design of Day-Date. The ribbed screw-down crown in Platinum Triplock with double watertight system, adorned with the Rolex logo, is a traditionally recognizable part of Rolex watches. The dial is covered with a scratch-resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a Cyclops lens above the date with double anti-reflective coating. A solid Platinum screw-down case back with fine fluted edges, closes the movement. The fixed polished Platinum bezel set with 40 baguette-cut trapezoid-cut diamonds totaling +/- 3.48 carats, a chic element that gives the watch a unique brilliance. The in-house Rolex mechanical movement, caliber 3255, contains 31 jewels and has an approximate power reserve of approximately 70 hours powers. This delightful timepiece is presented on a Platinum President bracelet with semi-circular 3-piece links for flawless beauty. It features Rolex’s original concealed folding Crownclasp to secure the watch on your wrist. Water resistant up to 100m/330ft (10 ATM).
